Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to love every piece you order. If a fit isn't quite right or an item doesn't meet your expectations, we are here to help. Please review our guidelines below for a seamless return process.
1. Return Window
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange. Items must be postmarked within this window to be eligible for a refund.
2. Condition of Items
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following criteria:
- Unworn & Unwashed: Items must be in their original condition, free of makeup, deodorant, or perfume scents.
- Tags Attached: All original hangtags and labels must remain securely attached.
- Original Packaging: Please return items in their original clear garment bags where possible.
Note: For hygienic reasons, bodysuits, swimwear (with the protective strip removed), and jewelry are Final Sale and cannot be returned.
3. Refund Options
Original Payment Method
Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment within 5–7 business days of our warehouse receiving and inspecting your return.
4. Exchanges
Love the style but need a different size? We offer free exchanges. Simply select the "Exchange" option in our portal to reserve your new size immediately.

Damaged Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will provide a prepaid label at no cost to you.
